Or when I tell them they aren’t covered for A but they’re covered for B they’ll argue with me about it. The issue I have is when I’m going through a receipt and their WIC balances to pin point the error and fix it people start getting pissed at me. The mistake itself is not the catalyst for my frustration. When we switched to cards people stoped asking questions about what’s ok to get or not and mistakes started being made more often. When the switch to cards and apps rolled out is when the problems really started occurring. They’re reasonable requests and I don’t mind talking about it at all. It seems like when WIC first rolled out a lot of customers would ask about what’s ok to get and everything and I’ll field questions like that all dat no problem. I just wish people would ask more questions.
